Cuttings, but not doable at home, misters needed etc etc. Personally not a fan, they don't grow tall here but the top becomes stunted and the trees ball shaped - possibly the solar intensity, or the heat, or the wind, combined with the lack of soil depth. I never saw one taller than around 10ft, and they were always as wide or wider. If you want a conifer the native Pinus halepensis grows very rapidly when young and cared for and will grow anywhere - even on near-bare rock.
